At VetPaymentPlans, we may share your information with trusted lending partners to facilitate financing matches. While we do not sell your data to unauthorized brokers or data aggregators, sharing with lending partners for targeted advertising may constitute a "sale" or "share" under CCPA/CPRA definitions.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties.
• Request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected and the third parties to whom it was disclosed.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Non-discrimination: We will not deny, degrade, or charge different prices for services if you exercise these rights.

Residents of other states may have similar opt-out rights under their respective state privacy laws.

What Happens After You Submit

• We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receipt.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
• We may contact you to verify your identity before enacting the opt-out, to protect against unauthorized requests.
• After the opt-out is enacted, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising, except as permitted or required by law.
• If you later wish to resume receiving personalized offers, you may contact us to withdraw your opt-out request.

Authorized Agents

If you use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf, we may require the agent to provide written permission from you and may verify your identity directly before processing the request.
